I’m Trent Boarnet and I operate my real estate business upon 3 pillars: education, communication, and negotiation. With the end goal always being one of success, these ideals serve as my roadmap for every transaction in which I take part.

With 95% of my business consisting of repeat and referral clients, it’s no surprise that I do what it takes to meet my clients’ needs, earning several industry designations including Military Relocation Professional and Certified Negotiation Expert to better serve them.

I have appeared on HGTV’s House Hunters and have earned a variety of industry awards, including my brokerage’s Top Listing Unit award, 5 Star Professional award, and Spirit award. I have also been recognized for many years by the Platinum Top 50 organization.

Outside my career, I am an active member in the San Antonio community, serving on the Board Of Trustees at Temple Beth-El and I'm active in the Castle Hills Community Organization, Castle Hills Business Association, as well as other community groups.
