Chelsea Timmons is a trailblazer in Austin real estate and leadership. A proud Austinite and graduate of The University of Texas with a degree in Political Science, Chelsea has spent over a decade shaping the landscape of new home sales and marketing. Her journey through the industry has been defined by growth, innovation, and a passion for developing people.
Before taking the reins at Platinum Top 50, Chelsea served at the Vice President level for a national home builder, leading teams, driving strategy, and elevating brand performance across the Austin MSA. She is a graduate of the Key Leader program at The University of Wisconsin School of Business Center for Professional & Executive Development and an alumni member of the Jeff Shore Sales Leadership Roundtable and Shore Consulting Women’s Leadership Circle.
Chelsea’s leadership and vision have earned her numerous industry accolades. In 2024, she was named Builder Magazine’s inaugural Builder on the Rise — an award recognizing a next-generation leader who is redefining the future of homebuilding through innovation, mentorship, and meaningful impact. One year prior, she was also honored as a National ProBuilder Magazine Forty Under 40 Winner, and in 2025, she was a Top 5 finalist in the Austin Under 40 Awards, celebrating emerging leaders who exemplify excellence in their fields and service to their communities.
Within the Homebuilder’s Association of Greater Austin, Chelsea has been recognized multiple times, earning titles such as Rookie On-Site Sales Professional of the Year and two-time Sales Manager of the Year.
Chelsea’s impact extends beyond corporate leadership — she is also a contributor to Ryan Taft’s latest book, Storygetter, and has been featured in multiple industry editorials focused on leadership, mindset, and personal growth. Her professional passions include developing leaders, guiding change, facilitating the realization of the American Dream through homeownership, and crafting innovative marketing strategies that move the industry forward.
Outside of her professional world, Chelsea finds her greatest joy at the ball field, cheering for her two boys while her husband, Tanner, coaches.
Fun fact: Chelsea has never had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Hudson McGreevy
Executive Coordinator
hudson@pt50.com
Hudson brings a decade of experience in management and sales to the Platinum Top 50 team. Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Hudson’s leadership and attention to detail were evident early on as the oldest of five children - and the only girl. Her entrepreneurial spirit first took shape as the owner of Babysitting Austin (2015–2019), where she managed 20 sitters and served more than 400 families across the city.
In 2016, Hudson entered the Austin real estate scene. After five formative years in property management, her curiosity for the sales side of real estate led her to a home builder, where she thrived as a new home sales counselor. During her two years there, she sold and closed nearly $30 million in new construction and was recognized as a finalist for Rookie Sales Professional of the Year at the 2022 MAX Awards. After having her first kiddo, Hudson launched her own property management company, McGreevy Properties. As PT50’s Executive Coordinator, she is thrilled to support top Realtors in the Austin and San Antonio markets while building meaningful connections with industry partners. It’s a dream role that complements her work as a real estate broker and draws on her deep experience across multiple facets of the industry.
Hudson graduated Summa Cum Laude from Texas State University with a BBA in Management and a Concentration in Entrepreneurship. She currently lives in New Braunfels with her husband, two kids, and goldendoodle, Benson.
Fun fact: Hudson’s favorite animal is an elephant - because anything unrelated to elephants is irrelephant.

Tori Mihalik
Director of Business Development

Sometimes the most fulfilling paths are the ones that take unexpected turns, and that’s certainly true for Tori. Born and raised in Las Vegas, Tori’s journey has been defined by passion, perseverance, and people. After playing collegiate soccer and studying communications at Notre Dame de Namur University in San Francisco, she finished her degree at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she was a collegiate cheerleader.
Her entrepreneurial spirit first came to life in Los Angeles, where she launched a freelance business that grew from a solo venture into a thriving brand known for its loyal clientele and high-touch service. Over six successful years, Tori mastered every facet of running a business — from marketing and branding to operations and growth — and discovered her talent for building genuine client relationships.
When she moved to Austin, Tori followed another dream by opening a fitness gym. Over five years, she cultivated a vibrant community focused on empowerment and transformation. As the owner and leader, she mentored a passionate team, fostered a culture of care and consistency, and led numerous charitable initiatives that raised thousands of dollars for local families and nonprofits.
After stepping back to focus on raising her four children, Tori returned to the business world as a Sales Executive for a build firm in Austin. There, she reignited her passion for strategic partnerships and business development, helping companies grow through authentic connection and trust.
Now, as Director of Business Development at PT50, Tori brings her full-circle experience in entrepreneurship, community building, and relationship-driven strategy to the team. She thrives on cultivating partnerships that create lasting impact and strengthen the culture of connection at the heart of PT50.
A lover of adventure and quality time, Tori enjoys making memories with her family through travel and shared experiences.
Fun fact: Tori was an elite gymnast for 18 years before switching gears to play soccer and cheer in college.
