Jennifer, a dedicated Realtor with The Evans Group @ KW, has built a successful career rooted in her passion for real estate and commitment to helping others. Her journey began shortly after high school when she purchased her first Victorian four-plex in Colorado Springs. Over the next decade, she continued to invest in multi-family homes, gradually building a solid foundation in real estate.

Despite challenges, including dyslexia and initially not passing her real estate exam in Colorado, Jennifer’s passion never waned. When her husband relocated to San Antonio, she reignited her real estate career. Her extensive research into the best areas and builders for their family motivated her to pursue her real estate license again, which she passed with flying colors. In her first year at Keller Williams, she earned the Rookie of the Year award.

Jennifer's expertise extends beyond traditional real estate transactions. She has a strong background in property management, managing a 50-unit complex and currently managing 25 single-family homes and five of her own investment properties. Her hands-on approach allows her to tackle complex challenges, from helping clients navigate credit situations to overseeing home rehabs that transform distressed properties into beautiful homes.

As a member of a military family, Jennifer understands the unique needs of military clients, especially those using VA loans. Her personal experience with military life and professional knowledge allows her to provide exceptional service to those who serve our country.
