In 2021, Sean had a record-breaking year, earning him an induction into the prestigious Kuper-Sotheby’s International Realty’s President’s Club, as well as being recognized as one of San Antonio Business Journal’s Top 25 luxury agents with over $28 million in Land & Ranch, commercial, and residential property sales. Sean’s success has continued as he was recognized as a PT50 Finalist in 2023 and 2024 and has closed over $75,000,000 since joining Kuper-Sotheby's five years ago bringing his career total to $84,000,000.
Sean’s entrepreneurial drive, combined with over 25 years of business management has equipped him with valuable multitasking and project management abilities. Drawing on his unique business consulting background, Sean is a skilled negotiator, ensuring that every client has a truly perfect experience. On top of his real estate license, Sean holds various designations, including Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), New Home Construction (NHC), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), as well as a Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) designation.
While not originally from Texas, Sean has embraced the Lone Star State as his own since moving to Texas in 1990 to attend The University of Texas-Pan American and later pursued studies in Business Management/Marketing at Texas Tech University. Since 2001, Sean has proudly called San Antonio home, and his priority is his family. Sean is deeply committed to philanthropy, particularly his efforts for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and ChildSafe, a Children’s Advocacy Center. Sean’s dedication to these causes exemplifies his commitment to fostering positive change in society.
