Corpus Christi native Polo Gutierrez knows all about hard work, passion and dedication. After earning a Division I scholarship to New Mexico State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor's degree in History, Polo spent time playing professional football for the El Paso Generals and received a tryout with the Buffalo Bills before transitioning into coaching for 13 years. He had coaching stops at UTSA, UIW, TMI, Boerne High and NMSU. His years of coaching have developed him into a detail-oriented, disciplined and self-driven professional whose philosophy is "Poor Preparation Produces Poor Performance:' He uses this philosophy to devise a unique approach to every client based on their needs. Polo's ability to problem-solve allows him to thrive in this challenging and fast-paced industry. Polo is a member of the National Association of REALTORS", Texas REALTORS" and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals. He won the 2022 Platinum Top 50 Newcomer of the Year Award in San Antonio. Polo is a member of the San Antonio Quarterbacks Club and JJ Ministries, which organizes Shoe Box Christmas for children's shelters around Bexar County. He is an avid supporter of Texas Parks and Wildlife, Coastal Conservation Association and Wounded Warriors.
