Patty Monteza was born in Lima Peru,at the young age of two, her family decided to move to the San Antonio, Texas.

Patty’s parents both had great careers and showed her that with hard work and dedication,“The American Dream” of owning your own home can happen.This is where Patty gets her amazing work ethic, integrity and determination.Patty went to school to become a mortgage loan officer and an appraiser.The love she found in the Real Estate Industry assisted Patty in making the decision of becoming a Realtor.She graduated with a Bachelor degree in International Business Management which provided her the ability and skills to deal with diverse clients from all over the world.

In her career she has achieved many accomplishments such as completing a Business Coaching 7 Week Class, 19 times & leading her teams. She was named an Early Qualifier for Platinum Top 50 Realtors in San Antonio for 2017 & 2018. She was then Semi-Finalists in 2019 & 2020. Then she made it to Finalist in 2022, 2023,& 2025. She also became an agent that leadership looked at to help train new agents in the market center/Broker that she is with. She is also Agent Leadership Committee for Keller Williams City View Market Center for 2020-Present. She strives to help her clients with the best way to get the home that they are looking for, but also in helping the seller get the maximum net for their home.
