I'm Mike Gutierrez, a real estate professional, entrepreneur, and proud founder of STETSN Real Estate, a San Antonio-based brokerage built on culture, collaboration, and a passion for helping others succeed.

With over seven years of experience in real estate, I've had the privilege of helping families achieve their homeownership goals while mentoring and developing agents throughout their careers. Along the way, I've been honored to receive recognition as a NAHREP Top 100 Latino Real Estate Agent, San Antonio Real Producers Top 100, and Platinum Top 50 (PT50).

Before founding STETSN, I had the opportunity to lead a high-performing real estate office that helped nearly 300 families and generated over $75 million in annual sales volume. That experience reinforced something I've always believed: Success isn't just measured by numbers, but by the people you impact along the way.

I founded STETSN Real Estate with a vision to create more than just another brokerage. I wanted to build a place where agents feel supported, relationships matter, and everyone has an opportunity to grow both personally and professionally. I believe great leadership starts with serving others, leading by example, and creating an environment where people can thrive.

Born in San Antonio and raised in Eagle Pass, Texas, I'm proud of my roots and the values that have shaped who I am today. Outside of real estate, I'm a husband and proud father of two boys. Family is at the center of everything I do and continues to motivate me to build something meaningful and lasting.
