Lovetta McAlpin was raised in Pleasanton, Texas. Studied at Texas State University and graduated in 1984 with a general degree in Industrial Arts. Lovetta moved to San Antonio and immediately started a career in property management. During her 10 years in property management she learned the importance of good communication and building insightful relationships with her clients. After her career in property management Lovetta started her family and was fortunate to became a mom & homemaker for the next 15 years. In 2009, Lovetta became real estate agent and has enjoyed helping her clients exceed their expectations. She is married to Jim McAlpin and together they have two daughters, Abby and Lanie. Proudly became a grandparent in May 2024 to a beautiful granddaughter. As parents they continue to be very active in their children & now too the grandbaby!
