Kimberly Howell is the owner and manager of Kimberly Howell Properties. She is also the leader of one of the top real estate teams in the city of San Antonio and in the state of Texas, the Howell Group.

Over her lengthy real estate career, she has focused on representing sellers and buyers of luxury homes in San Antonio and the surrounding areas. Her typical clients include corporate professionals, doctors, professional athletes, philanthropists, and entrepreneurs.

Kimberly earned a Bachelor of Business Association (BBA) from the University of Texas, San Antonio in Accounting and Business Data Systems. She is a small business owner, a REALTOR®, a Certified Relocation Professional (CRP), an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), and holds several designations and certifications, including At Home With Diversity (AHWD), e-PRO, Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and NAR's GREEN designation.

Continually recognized for outstanding achievement in the real estate industry, Kimberly is the recipient of Antonio Business Journal Top 5 Real Estate Teams in San Antonio: #6 ranking for 2017 sales, Top 6 ranking over the past 14 years – earning $25+ Million in production annually by herself, along with additional production as a team leader. She was also selected as the Top Keller Williams Agent in San Antonio in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005 before starting her own firm, Kimberly Howell Properties. Additional accolades include earning the coveted Texas Monthly Super Star Agent for 2007 and the Five Star Professional Award for 2018, along with being a Platinum Top 50 Award recipient and becoming a member of the inaugural class of the Centurion Awards Winners and maintaining that status throughout.
