Karen Gulick studied advanced engineering mathematics and groundwater hydrology in college which has created the perfect platform to advance her career in the rural home and land sales. She is owner/broker of South Texas Realty LLC with 17 agents and two broker associates. She enjoys sharing all she has learned along the way to platform agents into a successful career. With over 150 million in career sales, Karen has a wide range of knowledge to navigate through farm/ranch, residential and commercial transactions. Karen is also a broker associate of Texas Ranch Sales LLC.

Karen’s has three sons, two in college in College Station Tx attending Texas A&M and one stationed as a Lieutenant in the USAF in Idaho at the Mountain Home Air Force Base. Her passion is salt water fishing, sporting clay shooting and dove hunting. You can find her fishing every chance she gets, all while writing and negotiation contracts. Karen also spends hundreds of hours volunteering at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo as a 32 year volunteer on the Steer Committee yearly and a CCA (Coastal Conservation Association) and Ducks Unlimited Contributor.

Karen is a problem solver and researcher, so she will work with all clients from start to finish to ensure a smooth transaction. Her motto is “Winners find a way” and that has contributed to her success working for her clients.
