Janet & Warren Smalley are fourth-generation Texans. Growing up amidst the beauty of the outdoors, Janet & Warren developed a deep love for nature and enjoys engaging in activities like hiking and exploring national parks. Janet's passion for adventure led her and her daughter to successfully climb and summit Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa, showcasing her commitment, perseverance, positive attitude, and ability to overcome challenges.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree and a Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Texas State University, where she gained invaluable knowledge in marketing, finance, and legal aspects crucial to her success in the real estate industry. Warren also has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and had a successful career in construction equipment rental and sales management.

Outside of work, Warren and Janet enjoy indulging in various hobbies and activities. They both find solace in hiking through National and State Parks, embracing the beauty of the outdoors and wildlife. Janet & Warren love to travel, cherishing moments spent exploring new destinations with loved ones. Additionally, Janet finds joy in reading books, expanding her knowledge and exploring new worlds through literature. Warren loves fishing as well as a deep appreciation for history, geology, and natural formations.
