Cory Bakke brings over 30 years of real estate experience to each of her clients. First licensed in 1992, Cory has expertise in many aspects of the real estate industry including development, finance and valuation, investments, property management, marketing and appraisal. Her knowledge of the market, and foresight of market trends prove invaluable to her clients in both the purchase and sale of residential property. Her dedication, reliability, intellect and true personal care are qualities that her clients attribute to their gratifying home buying or selling experience.

Cory is a fifth-generation San Antonian, third-generation real estate professional and lifelong resident of San Antonio. After graduating with a BA in History in the Honors Program from Texas Christian University, Cory attended Texas A&M University, receiving her Master’s Degree in Land Economics and Real Estate.

Cory is very involved in the local community, having served as President of the Alamo Heights School Foundation, Military-Civilian Club and the San Antonio Alumnae Chapter of Delta Delta Delta. Currently, she holds significant positions in the Charity Ball Association, Battle of Flowers Association, Timely Topics, Alamo Heights-Terrell Hills Garden Club. She is a member of the World Affairs Council, Fiesta San Antonio Commission , San Antonio Conservation Society.

Professionally, Cory is involved in SABOR and REBI, serving on both local and national committees. She is also a member of Woman's Council of Real Estate. Cory holds the following designations and certifications: GRI, CRS, ALHS, CLHMS, ABR, SRS, SRES, C2EX, ATWD, PSA, SRF, RENE, e-Pro, MRP, CHMS, RSPS, C-TES, RRC.

Cory is married to Phil Bakke, a real estate developer. She has two grown children: Brandt, also real estate developer, and West, a federal judicial clerk. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading and spending time at their ranch in South Texas.
