Chaz has a long history in San Antonio that began when he and his military family moved to the area as a teenager. Before settling in the Alamo City, his family moved all across the United States, spending much time in Hawaii. After graduating from East Central High School, Chaz attended the United States Military Academy at West Point before transferring to Abilene Christian University, where he played NCAA basketball and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. Chaz then attended Texas State University and received a graduate degree in School Psychology.

Prior to practicing real estate, Chaz was a school psychologist at N.E.I.S.D. for 20 years. His background in interpersonal skills combined with his altruistic nature allows him the opportunity to help others and makes him an asset to his real estate team. Chaz is adept at analyzing data and interpreting market trends to help his clients achieve their goals.

Chaz and his wife love their large, blended family. With kids of all ages, it’s hard to find free time, but he enjoys roller skating to music with his family, playing in his local basketball league, or fishing.
