Charley is a dynamic real estate professional with a rich background. After earning his Journalism degree from Kansas University, Charley began his career in broadcasting. However, his true passion for helping people with their housing needs led him to transition into real estate. Starting as a sales counselor for several builders, he quickly rose through the ranks to management, earning 27 prestigious GOLDEN NAIL awards for outstanding customer satisfaction, with a remarkable 98% satisfaction score or higher. After nine successful years in the building industry, Charley embraced his calling as a full-time REALTOR. For the past ten years, he has been a dedicated member of the Laughy Hilger Group, consistently achieving top producer status and earning 5-star reviews from his clients. A committed Christian, Charley actively participates in St. Peter the Apostle Catholic Church in Boerne and volunteers with the Knights of Columbus. Outside of work, Charley enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters and is an avid Pickleball player.
