Chad obtained an Accounting degree from West Virginia University, and he worked for Fortune 500 companies within the financial services and mortgage industries following college. In 2004, he began selling real estate part-time with Century 21 in Columbus, Ohio. A few short months later, Chad decided to leave his 8-year tenure in the corporate world to pursue his career in real estate. After a couple of successful years, he relocated from Ohio to Texas where he fell in love with the people of San Antonio.

With his true desire being to own a real estate brokerage, Chad received his Broker's license in 2009. He has served his community as Co-Owner of Suburban Spaces since January 2010, ranking among the top 3% of sales agents in the San Antonio market. Chad's additional contributions include serving as President of the San Antonio LGBT Chamber of Commerce, fundraising for various non-profit organizations as Co-Founder of Project Fiesta, and volunteering with Meals on Wheels for over 10 years. Chad's primary motivation is to provide an enjoyable home buying/selling experience for his clients, resulting in long-lasting relationships, repeat business, and new client referrals.
