One Team, Start to Finish

We have our own 6,000-square-foot custom cabinet shop and a crew of about 20 skilled employees whose experience stretches across cabinetry, trim carpentry, painting, electrical work, tile installation, and more. That range gives the ability to stay closely involved in a project from the early planning stages through the final details.

Our work is just as varied. A&N takes on everything from individual room remodels and full-home renovations to new construction and more complex, multi-phase projects. We’re also accustomed to working in homes that remain occupied during construction, which makes thoughtful scheduling, communication, and jobsite organization especially important.

That behind-the-scenes coordination is a big part of the A&N approach. A finished space shows our craftsmanship but there’s more that goes into it - keeping budgets organized, managing the right people at the right time, communicating clearly with homeowners, and solving the inevitable challenges that come with construction before they become bigger problems.

A Collaborative Approach

Collaboration plays an important role as well. A&N regularly works alongside architects and designers, bringing years of construction and project-management experience to the table while helping turn a creative vision into something that can be beautifully and practically built.
