The team draws inspiration from Angelina Eberly, the “Savior of Austin,” who famously fired a cannon in 1842 to stop Sam Houston from relocating the Texas archives. Her bold act helped preserve Austin as the capital of Texas. That same spirit of strength, persistence, and passion fuels the Eberly Team today.
