Paul has been helping people buy and sell homes in the Austin area since 2006. He started his career in real estate with Goodwin Partners, closing over $6 million in transactions in his first year. In 2011, he established Twelve Rivers Realty with his friend, Kevin Bown. In the 15 years Paul has been in the business, he's closed over $338 million in transactions while positioning himself as an effective and fair Realtor. A Trusted Leader in Austin Real Estate and new-home sales, Paul has a broad client base that spans from first-time home buyers to residential developers. On top of his successful career, Paul still finds time to do charity work regularly. When COVID-19 reached the U.S., he created a charity live-stream series that raised over $75,000 for local charities in 12 weeks and helped donate 15,000 masks and PPE to front-line workers. Additionally, he works with LifeWorks, Central Texas Food Bank, St. Jude's Foundation and more.

Paul was born and raised in New England. At 19, he made a four-year pit stop at Fort Hood before finally rooting in Austin. The Army instilled in him many of the core values that he lives (and works) by today, like: honesty, integrity and an unparalleled work ethic.
