Molly grew up in the small town of Merkel, Texas, where she spent her childhood raising pigs and on her grandparents’ dairy farm. Those early experiences instilled in her a strong work ethic, deep appreciation for community, and the down-to-earth values she carries with her today. After eight years as an elementary school teacher, Molly transitioned to full-time real estate three years ago. She is now the Vice President of Bray Real Estate Group, supporting the development of 250 agents, and has also earned her broker’s license. In addition, she leads the Austin team of 30 agents, where she focuses on growth, mentorship, and client success. Molly is married to her college sweetheart, Kenneth—a proud Marine—and together they’re raising their daughter, Mia. Living in Driftwood, she has fallen in love with the Hill Country, finding peace and balance in its wide-open spaces and natural beauty. In her free time, Molly enjoys exploring Austin’s best BBQ spots, traveling, and playing outdoors with Mia. Though she has traded the classroom for real estate, she remains closely connected to education by serving on the leadership team at Tom Green Elementary, where she once taught. At the heart of it all, Molly values relationships—cherishing her family, friends, and clients alike. No matter where life takes her, she’ll never forget her small-town roots.
