Maricruz is fluent in English and Spanish. She has been in Real Estate for over 12 years in Mexico and moved to Austin in 2010. Since she has experienced firsthand how hard relocating to a new city can be, Maricruz is ready to help you have a smooth experience.

Maricruz has three children, two Longhorn graduates, and one Aggie junior. She is married to a Texas Native, who also has three grown children, so they have a very active family life. She loves nature and spends a lot of weekends exploring the trails in the city or the lakes on a jet ski.

She also enjoys serving their community through the Realty Austin projects and some other local organizations.

Austin is one of the most competitive Real Estate markets in the country, so Maricruz is always fueling her growth with continued education, such as the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Real Estate Investing, and Real Estate Negotiation Expert certifications.

Most of her work is usually in the residential market, but Maricruz also works with builders and investors to find the best way to produce income and protect their equity. Her goal is to use this experience to sell your home, buy your dream property or make wise real estate investments.
