Libby is a licensed in New York, California and Texas, and proud to serve clients in the greater Austin market. Libby specializes in new builds, condo developments and relocation, drawing on her vast network and referrals, and ability to help both newcomers from the east and west coasts, and Texas locals find the home that suits them best.

Libby moved to New York City in 2005, and in her 12 years there, focused on luxury new development sales. Libby successfully managed the sales gallery of the $1.5 billion Plaza Private Residences condo conversion, and worked with a top producer at Stribling & Associates, now Compass, on some of the most prestigious properties in the city. As a Top 25 agent in NYC, her arsenal of expertise has spanned from onsite to resales, to luxury new developments.

Libby subsequently relocated to Newport Beach, California with her husband, had a son, and continued on her residential real estate path. Ultimately though, she realized she wanted to be closer to family who live on Lake LBJ in the Texas Hill Country, and now she adores Austin living. Having uprooted herself from different states, Libby understands the intricacies of navigating a market, finding the right neighborhood for one’s lifestyle, and securing a new home. Her goal is to make the entire process educational, enjoyable, and seamless; something she does easily thanks to her attentiveness, persistence and drive.

Born and raised in Illinois, Libby graduated from University of Washington with a BA in Communications. When not playing matchmaker with clients and properties, she enjoys going on culinary adventures around Austin with her husband John, taking her 2 children to the Thinkery and local parks, as well as cooking and traveling.
