Born and raised in Midland, Texas, Khani has always been a leader and a creative force. She earned a BFA from the University of Texas at Austin and spent 20 years teaching dance and choreography. Alongside her artistic pursuits, she launched a clothing brand, produced variety shows, taught yoga, and ran a globally recognized tattoo shop in Los Angeles for 16 years.

Khani’s journey into real estate began in 2016 after a pivotal conversation with a friend. She quickly applied her diverse skills in production, business, and customer service to craft a customized experience as an agent. Today, Khani excels in home acquisitions, sales, and development projects that deliver profitable results.

Outside of work, she enjoys weight lifting, expanding her wardrobe, spending time with her husband and their two chihuahuas, and enjoying craft cocktails.
