A native Texan and University of Texas at Austin graduate, Julie Waidelich has helped her clients buy and sell real estate in Austin since 2001. As a broker and owner, Julie took her passion for Austin, community involvement and her love of real estate to form Nest Properties Austin. As a large supporter of her local community, Julie enjoys giving back through her time and sponsorship of various events and organizations. She currently serves on the Northwest Austin Civic Association Board and the Anderson High School Soccer Board and is a member of the PTA for neighborhood schools. Julie lives in Northwest Hills with her husband, Scott, and their 4 children. In her spare time, Julie enjoys running, playing tennis, cooking, volunteering with her children’s activities and spending time with her family and friends.
