Cyndi Cummings of The Cummings Home Team specializes in helping older adults (those 55+), senior citizens, and their caregiver families navigate the unique challenges that face boomers and seniors when they contemplate a late-in-life move. Cyndi has undergone a rigorous course of training and continuing education to achieve the exclusive designation of Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) and Certified Senior Downsizing Coach, from The Seniors Real Estate Institute and Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) from the National Association of Realtors. Her passion for serving this unique demographic has lead Cyndi to serve as a master trainer, conducting classes for other real estate agents interested in earning these designations.

Additionally, Cyndi is a community leader, having brought together businesses and non-profits to form the Austin Senior Resource Alliance, LT Senior Services, and Turnkey Transitions, which all serve the needs of seniors in the area. In addition, Cyndi sits on the Board of Directors for AustinUP and Drive A Senior.
