Courtney’s real estate story started after a successful run in sales and marketing at Procter and Gamble. When she and her husband moved to Austin, she caught the real estate bug; staging homes, investing, and diving into the booming market. A serendipitous meeting with broker David Brodsky at a Home and Garden show sparked a partnership that eventually led to co-founding David Brodsky Properties, where she has helped build a standout reputation in Central Texas real estate.

When she’s not negotiating contracts or helping clients build wealth through smart real estate decisions, you’ll find Courtney soaking up life in the Hill Country with her husband Matt (an AMD exec), their two boys, and twin girls.
