Courtney is focused on selling quality properties in Austin and the surrounding areas. Her client base is diverse ranging from east Austin condo development teams and central Austin homeowners to Hill Country ranch buyers and everyone in between. The wide depth and breadth of her 17 year real estate career has yield a tremendous knowledge and expertise. That is why she is so often referred by their existing clients. Courtney and her team are expert communicators and able to deal with complicated transaction structures and new development project sales and marketing. They provide their clients with accesses to Austin’s foremost experts in building, law, design, and architecture. Courtney is a member of the Austin Board of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, Platinum Top 50, and has been ranked as high as #15 for production according to the Austin Business Journal. Courtney is active in the community and serves on the Board of Rodeo Austin. Courtney was one of the first agents to join COMPASS Real Estate in Austin.

Courtney and Brett actively give back to the community supporting Rodeo Austin, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Central Texas, the Flatwater Foundation, the Travis County Youth Show and others. The Oldham Group has a “Closings that Care” program where they make a donation to their client’s charity of choice. Courtney founded the Austin Syndicate, a non-profit that supports the youth of Texas.
