As a real estate expert in the Austin area, Brittney Heffernan loves serving her favorite city with her market knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to customer service. Brittney grew up in Lago Vista on Lake Travis and left home to study advertising at the University of Texas in Austin. While attending, Brittney had the opportunity to work in the service industry for a luxury hotel and developed very high standards for the level of customer service she delivers to her clients.

After working in several marketing departments for various industries, Brittney began her journey into real estate as a Sales Associate in new home sales for a local, Texas homebuilder. She worked in many different communities throughout the greater Austin-area and consequently excels at sharing her expertise in new developments and new home construction. A few years later, Brittney became the Marketing Manager for the builder’s Austin division helping to manage the brand, realtor relations, and marketing for over twenty product lines sold over various, Austin-area communities. After a successful season in marketing, Brittney decided it was time to go back to what she loves to do most and work directly with homebuyers as a licensed Texas Realtor®!

As a real estate professional, Brittney works diligently to exceed her client’s expectations throughout every transaction by delivering the highest level of customer service possible. She is energetic, approachable, and readily available to make sure her clients are informed throughout the process and equipped with the right information to make the best decision possible. Outside of Brittney’s active work schedule, she enjoys running the Lady Bird Lake trail, trying out new restaurants with her husband, and spending time with friends and family.
