Born and raised in Central Texas, Ashley Tullis is no stranger

to the Hill Country. Ashley grew up in the small town of

Burnet, then headed to San Marcos after high school where

she graduated with a dual degree in Geography & Political

Science from Texas State University in 2007. Ashley went

into the oil & gas industry directly after college, married her

college sweetheart John in 2009, and their son Wyatt was

born in 2011. As they watched Wyatt thrive and grow,

they moved to Dripping Springs to plant new roots in 2016.

In 2016, Ashley obtained her real estate license after

working on the marketing side of the industry since 2011.

She has proudly been a realtor for Keller Williams Realty

since January of 2017. Ashley truly finds fulfillment in

contributing to the improvement of the community and

developing new relationships while guiding her clients

through their real estate journey. Her goal is to consistently

provide a top-notch client experience through creative

marketing and exceptional customer service.

In their spare time, the Tullis family likes to travel and explore.

Ashley leads a full and active life with John and Wyatt, enjoys

old cars, the ongoing list of home improvements on their

1940s ranchette, camping, and spending quality time with

her family.
