From an early age, Andrea Rado Hamilton heard the mantra repeated 'Every house is somebody's dream home' and that philosophy has contributed to her success in residential construction, leasing, and sales alike. She strives to make every client feel that they have her full attention and believes that for a transaction to be successful, both sides of the table should feel like they won. She's been described as a connector, has a great mind for details, and loves making new friends.

Originally licensed in 2004, Andrea began her real estate journey working at CBRE, Inc on an investment sales team. After several years, she left that position to try her hand at professional fundraising and nonprofit management, eventually becoming the Director of Development at Hill Country Conservancy. In 2012, she returned to her Real Estate roots and began working at PSW Real Estate (the company that would later become StoryBuilt), until 2014 when she launched Bunker Lee Residential. With her locally renowned homebuilder father, Jim Rado, as an influence, she set out to build homes in the Austin area and went on to build 15 homes in East Austin with a partner, Caroline Haley. In 2018, Andrea began pursuing residential sales as a full-time career and relies heavily on her knowledge of construction and financial sense to offer a unique skill set to buyers and sellers alike. She joined Christie's Lonestar in early 2025 and is excited for what the future holds.
