Alexia has called Austin home since the year 2000 after moving from Houston to embrace life in the Texas Hill Country. She holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Rice University. With over 30+ years of experience in business, including roles at three Fortune 500 companies and as a CFO for several small Austin firms, Alexia is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), though she no longer practices accounting.

Alexia transitioned to real estate in 2014 and leverages her extensive business acumen and negotiation skills to advocate for her clients. She is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), a Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), and a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), credentials held by less than 10% of Texas Realtors. Her achievements include being a Platinum Top 50 Finalist or Winner since 2018, ranking in the top 5% of Realtors at her previous brokerage, and receiving the Diamond Club Top Producer Award for sales over $10 million annually. In 2022, she was named to REAL Trends’ America’s Best Real Estate Professionals, ranking in the Top 1.5% nationally, and in 2023 and 2024, she earned the Texas Monthly 5 Star Professional award, recognized by less than 1% of Texas Realtors. She joined Austin Portfolio Real Estate in 2024.

Alexia is active in the Dripping Springs Elite 25 Real Estate Professionals as Treasurer and is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors and the Austin Board of Realtors. She is licensed throughout Texas and refers clients relocating out of state through her extensive network.

Growing up in a family of designers, Alexia believes in the power of staging. Outside of work, she enjoys family time with her husband Eddie and their three teenagers, volunteers extensively, and donates 10% of her income to various charities.
