Q: How will production be verified?
A: Production will be supplied by the applying agent’s broker after the application deadline. PT50 will coordinate directly with the production contact at your brokerage. However, it is the applying agent’s responsibility to ensure that the production is reported. An application will not be considered complete until production has been submitted to PT50.
Q: What is a team?
A: You are a team if you are an agent or broker who employs or subcontracts at least one additional, licenced agent who functions in a supportive sales capacity (beyond administrative duties).
Production in dollars for transactions closed + total number of individual units between September 1 of last year and August 31 of this year.
Production for teams will be divisible by the total number of licensed sales agents. Production for applicants will be provided and verified by the broker.
Per recognized designation achieved/earned prior to August 31 of this year.
Platinum Top 50 Special Category Awards are a way to recognize the accomplishments of agents and industry professionals who embody the values of Platinum Top 50. Nominees for special category awards are committed to excellence in sales and service, philanthropy, and industry advancement.
Do you know a new agent who started their career in real estate in the last two years and has excelled personally and professionally since obtaining their license?
Platinum Top 50’s Newcomer of the Year Award recognizes a well-rounded agent who has demonstrated initial success in their career, has committed to serving their community and promotes real estate advancement through their involvement in industry-related activities.
Agents nominated for Newcomer of the Year must have enacted their license in the last 24 months and submitted an application for PT50 during the current application period.
Executive of the Year is an Award Designed to recognize executive leaders or managers at the brokerage level who excel in leadership, motivation, and innovation.
An executive is responsible for mentoring agents under their leadership to perform at the highest standards. They have a willingness to work alongside industry partners, are open to and receptive to partnerships, and introduce their offices to new ideas and technologies.
Nominees for Executive of the Year should be in an ownership, leadership, or manager position and be committed to the company’s growth and the individual agent.
PT50 regards education and training as a huge component of success in real estate. Trainer of the Year is designed to recognize a single agent or industry professional committed to the development of agents through training, mentorship, education, and/or professional development throughout the year.
People in the category spend a portion of their time educating and training others and have experience developing and/or presenting course curriculum.
Open to industry professionals, executives, or licensed agents, the PT50 Career Achievement Award recognizes a seasoned industry veteran who has displayed excellence throughout their career spanning at least 15 years in real estate. Over their career, they have built, grown and maintained respect in the industry with their clients and peers.
Ideal candidates provide mentorship and leadership to agents or other professionals, are in good standing with the industry associations and governing bodies, embrace the value of Platinum Top 50, and are committed to professional and personal excellence.
